• Excellent sales service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in our premium Fitness Boutique
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Assess customer needs and provide support and information on product features
• Implementing administrative tasks in the studio
• Being a Shake Maker at our shake bar
• Continuous quality management within the studio
• Cleaning of the studio and in the changing rooms

Your profile

• Proven passion for dealing with customers ideally in the service sector
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practice
• Track record of exceeding sales targets
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and dynamic personality with a focus on customer service
• Ability to work under pressure and handle complaints in a timely manner
• Availability for flexible shift work
• Reliability, ability to work in a team and a strong hands-on mentality
• Sense of responsibility, assertiveness and persuasiveness
• Solution-oriented mindset - even in challenging moments
