Your mission

• Provide excellent sales service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in our premium Fitness Boutique.
• Assess customer needs and provide support and information on product features.
• Implement administrative tasks in the studio.
• Be a Shake Maker at our shake bar.
• Manage continuous quality within the studio.
• Maintain cleanliness of the studio and changing rooms.

Your profile

• Proven passion for dealing with customers, ideally in the service sector.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly and dynamic personality with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle complaints in a timely manner.
• Availability for flexible shift work.
• Reliability, ability to work in a team, and a strong hands-on mentality.
• Sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and persuasiveness.
• Solution-oriented mindset, even in challenging moments.
• Language skills: German and/or English.
