Job Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic components, systems, and equipment such as power converters and battery systems.
- Investigation of complex power converter devices in operational, testing, and customer complaint scenarios.
- Training of operational personnel on the respective systems.
- Providing product information to customers.
- Guiding and instructing subordinate staff on-site.
- Conducting inspection of on-site assembly.
- Commissioning of new devices and systems at customer sites.
- Checking customer devices and systems, creating defect lists, and maintenance plans based on usage.
- Documenting performed activities and the condition of devices and systems.
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training as an electrician and an additional 2-year training as a certified technician or similar qualification.
- Experience in power supply and project planning.
- Knowledge of our products is advantageous.
- Knowledge of relevant standards such as DIN VDE, TAB, UVV is beneficial.
- Willingness to travel.
- Goal-oriented, structured, and stress-resistant, especially in customer communication.
- Commitment and confident demeanor with problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork skills.
- Excellent spoken and written German language skills.
- Good knowledge of English is advantageous.
