Member of the Management Team

Tasks:

1. Strategic and operational responsibility for several business lines with a revenue >
2. Leadership and further development of an international team
3. Definition and implementation of the global product roadmap with focus on topics like AI, cyber security, edge computing, and software-driven innovation
4. Analysing of existing and new markets as well as current and future customers' needs
5. Establishing an innovation lab to foster customer-centric innovation
6. Member of the management team in the division

Requirements:

1. Technical degree or degree in business administration with strong technical knowledge
2. Professional experience in market-oriented leadership positions with focus on strategy, portfolio development, sales, and business development
3. Knowledge in the field of AI, cyber security, and/or edge computing
4. Empathetic leadership personality with conceptual strength and international exposure
5. Home office in Germany or a neighbouring country
6. Availability for travelling, especially to Sweden
