Qualifikationen

Job Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic components, systems, and equipment such as power converters, including battery systems.
• Investigation of complex power converter devices in operational, testing, and customer complaint scenarios.
• Training of operational personnel on the respective systems.
• Providing product information to customers.
• Guidance and instruction of subordinate staff on-site.
• Performing installation inspections of assembled systems.
• Commissioning of new devices and systems at customer sites.
• Inspection of customer devices and systems, creating defect lists, and maintenance plans based on usage.
• Documentation of performed activities and device/system conditions.

Requirements

• Completed apprenticeship as an electrician and a 2-year additional qualification as a certified technician or similar.
• Experience in power supply and project planning.
• Knowledge of our products is advantageous.
• Knowledge of relevant standards such as DIN VDE, TAB, UVV is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel is required.
• Target-oriented, structured, stress-resistant, especially in customer communication.
• Commitment and confident presence with problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork skills.
• Excellent German language skills in speaking and writing.
• Good English language skills are a plus.
