Qualifikationen

• Ausbildung als Mechatroniker, Elektriker oder Vergleichbares.
• Erste Erfahrungen im Außendienst von Vorteil.
• Bereitschaft zur Reise innerhalb Süddeutschlands.

Aufgaben

• Durchführung von Wartung, Reparaturen, Inspektionen und Kalibrierungen bei Kunden vor Ort.
• Installation und Wartung von Systemen auf Industrietransportgeräten.
• Dokumentation der Arbeiten und Gewährleistung der Einhaltung von Standards.

32 - 40 hours a week

What to expect

After your induction, you will join our dedicated service team straight away. You will visit our customers on site in southern Germany with a modern service vehicle - and reconcile technology and customer satisfaction.

Your tasks at a glance:

• You will carry out maintenance, repairs, inspections and calibrations on mobile weighing systems directly at the customer's premises
• You install and maintain our systems on industrial trucks such as forklift trucks or pallet trucks
• You instruct our customers in the technology and give them confidence in using our solutions
• You document your work carefully and ensure that all systems run in compliance with standards
• You ensure satisfied customers with your service work and strengthen customer loyalty

About you

What will you bring?

• Completed training in the technical field: e.g. as a mechatronics technician, electrician, industrial mechanic, agricultural/construction machinery mechatronics technician or similar.
• Technical understanding, ideally initial field service experience
• Independent, solution-oriented way of working and enjoyment of customer contact
• Driving license class B and willingness to travel within southern Germany
• Good knowledge of German and solid knowledge of written and spoken English
• You are confident in using MS Office (Word, Excel)
