With your expertise in maintenance, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting, as a Service Technician at our customer Airbus Aerostructures GmbH in Hamburg, you will ensure the smooth operation of state-of-the-art robot and control systems. You will minimize unplanned downtime and maximize production efficiency through predictive maintenance and fast response times. The gross annual salary is, depending on qualifications, between approx. 54,200 € and max. 55,600 €. Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).
Job description
Tasks
Maintenance and servicing of highly complex production systems
Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on modern robot and control systems
Proactive minimization of unforeseen malfunctions (ANDON)
Focus on predictive maintenance to avoid production downtimes and rapid response to failures
Requirements
Successfully completed vocational training as an electronics technician for aeronautical systems (aircraft electronics technician) or as an electronics technician for machine and drive technology or automation technology with many years of professional experience
Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering / electronics, maintenance and automation technology
In-depth knowledge of Step7, WinCC, SimaticNET & Simotion
Business fluent German (min. C1) and basic English skills
Willingness to work in 2 to 3 shifts
