Job summary

Vestas in Dachau is seeking a Service Technician (m/f/d) to ensure wind turbines operate reliably through on-site servicing and maintenance. You will work in a team, diagnose faults, and implement modifications to improve performance.

The role requires vocational training in electrical/electronics or related fields, German and English language skills, and a class B driving licence. The position offers a permanent contract, extensive training at the Vestas Academy, and a supportive work

Your responsibilities - here's where you can get involved!

• You ensure our wind turbines operate reliably by carrying out on-site servicing and maintenance
• Working as part of a team (at least two people), you repair turbines and resolve faults
• You analyse electronic and mechanical error messages and accurately identify the cause
• You carry out modification measures to enhance turbine performance
• You document your work digitally in a simple and efficient way

Your profile - what makes you a great fit!

• You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering, electronics, industrialmechatronics or energy and building technology
• Your place of work will vary within your region
• You are familiar with working with Microsoft and iOS operating systems and apps, and ideally have experience with SAP
• You are comfortable working at heights and can operate safely above ground level
• You have a valid Class B driver's licence (financial support for Class BE may be available)
• Very good German and good English skills round off your profile
