Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Service Technician (m/f/d) for Wind Turbines to service and maintain wind turbines on site. You will work in teams, diagnose faults, and implement modifications to improve performance while documenting all work electronically.

The role requires vocational training in electrical engineering or related fields, strong German and good English, and a valid Class B license. Occasional travel within the region is expected.

• German and English proficiency required.
• On-site servicing and maintenance of wind turbines.
• Teamwork and safe operation at heights.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site servicing and maintenance to ensure turbine reliability.
• Work with a two-person team to repair turbines and resolve faults.
• Analyze error messages and identify root causes for improvements.
• Document work digitally in a simple and efficient way.

Your responsibilities –here'swhere you can get involved!

• You ensure our wind turbinesoperatereliably by carrying out on-site servicing and maintenance
• Working as part of a team (at least two people), you repair turbines and resolve faults
• You analyse electronic and mechanical error messages and accuratelyidentifythe cause
• You carry out modification measures to enhance turbine performance
• You document your work digitally in a simple and efficient way

Your profile – what makes you a great fit!

• You have completed vocational training in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, energy and building technology or have a comparable technical qualification
• Your place of work will vary within your region – you will usually be home again in the evening
• You are familiar with working with Microsoft and iOS operating systems and apps, and ideally have experience with SAP
• You are comfortable working at heights and canoperatesafely above ground level
• You have avalid Class B driver’s licence(financial support forClassBE may be available)
• Very goodGerman and good English skills round off your profile
