Zusammenfassung

Bütema AG sucht eine/n Techniker/in im Außendienst, der/die digitale Systeme vor Ort beim Kunden installiert und Fehler effizient analysiert. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Helpdesk zusammen und führen die Dokumentation der erbrachten Services. Reisebereitschaft und Erfahrung im IT-Support sind von Vorteil.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Elektrotechnik.
• Grundkenntnisse in Digitaltechnik und Computern.
• Reisebereitschaft ca. 70–90% der Zeit; regelmäßige Übernachtungen.
• Berufserfahrung in IT-Support oder Projektplanung wünschenswert.
• Erfahrung in Installation und Konfiguration von Software; teamfähig und zuverlässig.

Aufgaben

• Eigenständig Fehlersuche und Inbetriebnahme digitaler Systeme.
• Vor Ort beim Kunden Systeme einrichten, Fehler detailliert analysieren undDiagnose erstellen.
• Dokumentation der Serviceleistungen und Information des Teams.
• Verwaltung des Ersatzteilbestands.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for independently troubleshooting and commissioning digital systems. In cooperation with our helpdesk, you set up the relevant systems on site at the customer's premises, examine the fault in detail, and make a precise diagnosis. You document the services provided and keep the entire service team up to date. You are also responsible for managing a spare parts inventory.

The area of application covers Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and neighboring European countries.

Your profile

• Completed training in electrical engineering
  
• Basic knowledge of digital technology and computers. Willingness to travel approx. 70-90% of the time and regular overnight stays in hotels (Mon-Fri) are required and do not pose an obstacle for you.
  
• Professional experience in IT support or project planning is desirable.
  
• Experience in installing and configuring software You enjoy working independently and in a structured manner, as well as working in a team
  
• You enjoy interacting with different customers and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
  
• You are proficient in MS Office
  
• You think outside the box and your approach to work is characterized by reliability and a sense of responsibility.
