Your mission

• Responsible for professional installations and troubleshooting for business and private customers
• Carry out measurements and commission data lines such as SDSL, ADSL, E1, ATM, STM1
• Install, configure, and commission routers from manufacturers like Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, Thomson, and Infinera
• Maintain and support digital advertising displays, power supply systems, and IT equipment
• Coordinate deployment, logistics, and equipment management
• Provide first-class customer service, including being on call

Your profile

• Completed training as an electrician/installer or IT systems electronics technician, or several years of relevant experience
• Class B driving license
• Willingness for regular on-call duties
• Knowledge of IP routing/switching, IP transport, WLAN, and VoIP is a plus
• Courteous and service-oriented attitude towards customers
• Friendly, reliable, and committed with a sense of responsibility
