Job Title: Service Technician – Construction Equipment (m/f/x)

For our subsidiary BAUER Machines France SAS, we are seeking a new colleague to support us across France and the Benelux countries.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on BAUER construction machinery in France and Benelux countries.
2. Provide hands-on support to customers and service partners at construction sites.
3. Handle rigging, lifting, moving, disassembly, damage inspection, operational testing, and cleaning of equipment and components.
4. Report and communicate with our BAUER France office in Strasbourg.
5. Ensure compliance with and execution of BAUER standards related to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE).

Your Profile:

• School diploma or degree in mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, or related fields, or equivalent education.
• Professional experience as a mechanic, technician, electrician, or in a similar role, with experience in construction, agricultural, or similar machinery.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics and/or electrical systems.
• Fluent in French; knowledge of English and/or German is a plus.
• Willingness to travel nationally to construction sites and customers, primarily in the Paris Metropolitan Region (80%).
• Valid driver’s license.
