Job summary

KEWAZO GmbH in Munich develops robotic material lifts for construction sites and industrial facilities. We seek a proactive field service technician to join maintenance and on-site troubleshooting across projects nationwide and internationally.

You will diagnose electrical and mechanical faults, perform scheduled and emergency maintenance, train customers, and support commissioning of systems. Requires hands-on skills, German and English proficiency, and a valid Class B license with willingness

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical faults in-house and on-site.
• Ensure proper operation and demonstration of robotic systems on-site during pilots and demos.
• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance on deployed systems.
• Train customers on products and services.
• Conduct commissioning and QA prior to deliveries using checklists and checks.
• Provide documented feedback from field activities.

The ideal candidate has a proactive and dynamic personality and feels comfortable in a constantly changing environment defined by a wide range of tasks. Many of these tasks are cyclical, so the ideal person enjoys changes in pace and wants to become an expert in every aspect of our products.

Your Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting: Electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis in-house and on-site.
• Project Execution: Ensuring proper operation and presenting the robotic system on-site during pilot projects and demonstrations.
• Maintenance Work: Performing scheduled and emergency maintenance on deployed systems.
• Customer Training: Training customers on the offered products and services.
• Commissioning: Conducting quality assurance and commissioning prior to product deliveries using checklists and system checks.
• Feedback: Providing documented and structured feedback based on observations from troubleshooting, service activities, and pilot projects.

Your Profile

• Professional Requirement: Proven experience in maintenance is a prerequisite – this must include both the mechanical and electrical fields.
• Mobility: A valid Class B driver's license is strictly required for this position.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an independent working style, combined with the ability to collaborate with other team members.
• Strong hands-on / technical skills.
• Open and friendly communication with customers and colleagues comes naturally to you.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Practical experience in the construction industry
