Service Technician

Location: Home office and field-based in Germany

Salary: €50,000 (total package €52,000)

Role Overview

• Monitoring installation, repair, maintenance, and commissioning of core and additional products at customer sites.
• Performing mechanical assembly work across various applications.
• Managing construction sites, including overseeing local service providers and contractors.
• Advising customers on-site in collaboration with the sales team.
• Supporting the Technical Department with new development projects and identifying potential new services.
• Creating and maintaining databases, preparing reports and recommendations.
• Handling project-related tasks such as compiling work packages and assisting in work plan preparations.
• Preparing risk assessments and conducting safety briefings on-site.
• Delivering internal and external training on products, applications, and assembly processes.

Candidate Profile

• Technical education with several years of experience in assembly and technology.
• Ability to travel 30-40% of the time, primarily within Germany.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Strong sense of quality and responsibility.
• Proficient in German and English.
• Confident in using MS Office.
• Valid driving license (Class B).
