The role involves service and repair of products returned by customers for repair, reconfiguration, updates, fault finding, root cause analysis, and rework. Ensuring appropriate corrective actions are introduced to prevent failure reoccurrences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer service and support
• Complaint processing and documentation
• Fault analysis
• Testing and configuration of replacement generators and components
• Assembly of systems
• Support and advice on the use of the Spellman product range
• Contact person for technical service enquiries from customers
• Reporting of frequently occurring faults to Quality and Engineering
• Returns and contaminated products management
• Repair and maintenance tasks
• Handling complaints
• Training customers and sales partners (service technicians)
• Provision and configuration of spare parts
• Documentation of service activities, including product creation files (DHR)
• Decision-making on utilization or scrapping of customer returns (generators, circuit boards, components)

Qualifications / Experience:

• State-certified or recognized technician specializing in electrical engineering or equivalent/higher qualification
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or comparable training
• At least 3 years of professional experience in testing, development, assembly, or service roles
