The service and repair of products returned by customers for repair, reconfiguration, updates, fault finding, root cause analysis, and rework. Ensuring appropriate corrective actions are introduced to prevent failure reoccurrences.

Key responsibilities :
  1. Customer service and support
  2. Complaint processing and documentation
  3. Fault analysis
  4. Testing and configuration of replacement generators and components
  5. Assembly of systems
  6. Support and advice on the use of the Spellman product range
  7. Contact person for technical service enquiries from our customers
  8. Reporting of frequently occurring faults to Quality and Engineering
  9. Returns and contaminated products
  10. Repair and maintenance
  11. Complaints
  12. Training of customers and sales partners (service technicians)
  13. Provision and configuration of spare parts
  14. Documentation of service activities, including adaptation of the product creation file (DHR)
  15. Decision on utilization / scrapping of customer returns (generators, circuit boards, components)
Qualification / experience :
  1. State-certified / recognized technician specializing in electrical engineering or equivalent / higher qualification
  2. BA in electrical engineering, mechatronics engineering, or comparable training
  3. At least 3 years of professional experience in testing, development, assembly, or service
