Responsibilities

You will be carrying out maintenance and repair work on technical equipment and systems. You will oversee regular inspections and checks of technical equipment to ensure functionality. You will be eliminating faults and malfunctions in your specialised area (e.g. electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning or plumbing). This role supports the installation and commissioning of new technical systems in your area of expertise and documentation of the work carried out and maintenance of the maintenance logs. It is essential that you collaborate with the facility management team to optimise operational processes and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. You will also support in the coordination of external service providers and subcontractors in your area of expertise. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Carrying out maintenance and repair work on technical equipment and systems

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include:

  • Completed training in a technical profession (e.g. electrician, plant mechanic, mechatronics engineer) with specialisation in one of the above-mentioned fields
  • Professional experience in the technical field, ideally in facility management
  • Sound knowledge in your specific field (e.g. electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning or plumbing)
  • Reliability and independent working style
  • Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
  • Willingness to undergo continuous training and adapt to new technologies
  • Basic knowledge of the common MS Office applications
  • Flexibility and readiness for occasional emergency service assignments
  • Customer-orientated thinking and acting
