Responsibilities

You will perform maintenance and repair work on technical equipment and systems. Your duties include overseeing regular inspections, troubleshooting faults, and ensuring functionality in areas such as electrical, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, or plumbing. You will support the installation and commissioning of new systems, document work and maintenance logs, collaborate with the facility management team to optimize processes, and coordinate external service providers and subcontractors.

The main responsibilities include:

• Performing maintenance and repairs on technical equipment and systems
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure equipment functionality
• Diagnosing and resolving faults in your specialized area (e.g., electrical, HVAC, plumbing)
• Supporting installation and commissioning of new systems
• Documenting work and maintaining maintenance logs
• Collaborating with facility management to optimize operations
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Coordinating external service providers and subcontractors

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:
