Continental Properties is seeking a motivated Service Technician to join our team at the Springs at Bettendorf/Authentix Bettendorf residential communities in Bettendorf, Iowa.

You will deliver excellent customer service, address residents' needs, and support facility operations, reporting to the Service Supervisor.

Position Details

• Full-Time
• Pay: $18.00 - $22.00/hour
• Performance incentives available

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for rent by performing repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exteriors, painting, and appliances
• Support your Service Supervisor in daily tasks

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in manual labor or related fields
• Willingness to work overtime, on-call, including some weekends and holidays
• Ability to perform physical repairs, lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and use technology such as computers and tablets
