Taylor Bank in Berlin, MD is seeking a full-time Service Specialist with strong people skills to serve customers at the Berlin branch and surrounding locations as needed.

You will handle deposits/withdrawals, account updates, debit cards, and routine inquiries while guiding customers through digital banking and referring suitable products and services. A professional appearance and prior service experience are essential.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Prior banking experience a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Strong communication skills.
• A professional appearance.

• Prior customer service experience
