JOB SUMMARY:

The Service Sales Manager - Programs will be responsible for selling ProAdvantage products to current and prospective owners and operators of Textron Aviation aircraft. ProAdvantage is Textron Aviation’s cost per flight hour maintenance program for Citation, Hawker, King Air, and Caravans. This role involves managing new enrollments, upselling, and contract transfers. The position can be located at any of these European Service Centers: Düsseldorf, Paris, Prague, Stuttgart, Valencia, and Zurich.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Focus on selling ProAdvantage products to customers owning or purchasing Textron Aviation products including Cessna Citation, Caravan, King Air, and Hawker aircraft.
  • Track aircraft transactions within the territory and market ProAdvantage early in the process.
  • Research and identify potential sales opportunities using reports and tools. Actively seek cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Pursue leads provided by employees and satisfied customers.
  • Use marketing techniques such as hosting Service Center visits, telemarketing, customer engagement events, and written correspondence. Maintain a customer database.
  • Build proposals, calculate enrollment fees, draft contracts, request open account, and coordinate documents for new customer enrollment.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell new programs to existing customers, such as Protech/Labor programs.
  • Process customer requests for Program termination due to aircraft sale, ensuring continued ProAdvantage enrollment for new buyers.
  • Transfer ProAdvantage contracts to new aircraft buyers and attempt to upsell additional products.
  • Track used aircraft sales/deliveries, ensure proper documentation with new buyers, and prospect for ProAdvantage opportunities on non-enrolled aircraft.
  • Manage Contract Assignments and engine upgrades/conversions.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Salesforce.com and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work autonomously to achieve marketing strategies and sales goals.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to build relationships with aircraft owners, operators, maintenance directors, and brokers.
  • Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time across markets.
  • A&P or Pilot license preferred.
