PALFINGER MARINE is seeking an After Sales and Service specialist to grow the service and spare parts business for the German market. This customer-focused role involves developing commercial opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service solutions.

Join our team to help drive growth, negotiate service quotations, and support the service lifecycle from start to finish.

Formación

• Strong technical background, preferably marine/offshore engineering.
• Several years of experience in service sales or business development.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for service, spare parts, and upgrade solutions within the assigned market.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted partner and advisor throughout the service lifecycle.
• Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on service quotations, agreements, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate service and spare parts activities with internal teams to ensure efficient execution and customer satisfaction.
• Drive market growth by acquiring new customers, monitoring market developments, and contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

Join our After Sales and Service team and help drive the growth of PALFINGER Marine’s service and spare parts business. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for service, spare parts, and upgrade solutions within the assigned market
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted partner and advisor throughout the service lifecycle
• Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on service quotations, agreements, and commercial proposals
• Coordinate service and spare parts activities with internal teams to ensure efficient execution and customer satisfaction
• Drive market growth by acquiring new customers, monitoring market developments, and contributing to the achievement of business objectives

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong technical background, preferably within marine, offshore, or a related engineering environment
• Several years of experience in service sales, after‑sales, business development, or a similar customer‑facing role
• Proven ability to build long‑term customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
• Self‑motivated and proactive team player with strong communication and negotiation skills
