PALFINGER MARINE is seeking a committed service sales professional to drive growth in the German market. You will develop commercial opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service solutions across the German market.

Fluent in German and English with several years in service sales or business development and a strong technical background in marine or related engineering are preferred.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for service, spare parts, and upgrade solutions within the assigned market.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted partner and advisor throughout the service lifecycle.
• Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on service quotations, agreements, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate service and spare parts activities with internal teams to ensure efficient execution and customer satisfaction.
• Drive market growth by acquiring new customers, monitoring market developments, and contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

Join our After Sales and Service team and help drive the growth of PALFINGER Marine’s service and spare parts business. In this customer‑focused role, you will develop commercial opportunities, build long‑term customer relationships, and work closely with internal teams to deliver high‑quality service solutions across the German market.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for service, spare parts, and upgrade solutions within the assigned market


• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted partner and advisor throughout the service lifecycle


• Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on service quotations, agreements, and commercial proposals


• Coordinate service and spare parts activities with internal teams to ensure efficient execution and customer satisfaction

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong technical background, preferably within marine, offshore, or a related engineering environment


• Several years of experience in service sales, after‑sales, business development, or a similar customer‑facing role


• Proven ability to build long‑term customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service


• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken


• Self‑motivated and proactive team player with strong communication and negotiation skills
