The Service Sales Specialist for Instrumentation in Biopharma will play a critical role in maximizing the value of our extensive installed base. This position focuses on uncovering and identifying instruments currently in use at customer sites that are not fully captured in our records. The individual will work closely with our established sales team to strengthen customer relationships and expand service opportunities.
This role requires proactive engagement with customers through on-site visits, making travel a significant component of the job. By mapping and documenting instruments, the Service Sales Specialist will help ensure comprehensive coverage for service contracts, preventative maintenance, and qualification services. This position combines investigative fieldwork with consultative selling, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth through service offerings.

The estimated base salary range for this role, is €39,088-52,885. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
