Jobtailor is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain forms, flows, catalog items, and integrations within an ITSM environment. You will collaborate with product owners, process owners, and platform engineers to define requirements and support upgrades.

The role emphasizes Agile practices, quality assurance, documentation, and strong communication to ensure reliable deliveries across cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• 3 years of experience in prompt engineering, Now Assist, and agentic AI.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience within an ITSM environment.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and platform capabilities.
• Ability to obtain ServiceNow CSA within 90 days of hire.
• Experience designing forms, UI policies, client scripts, workflows, business rules, integrations, and custom applications.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and platform capabilities
• Must be able to obtain ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) within 90 days of hire
• Extensive experience designing forms, UI policies, client scripts, workflows, business rules, integrations, and custom applications
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
