Your responsibilities :
- Support all maintenance activities for the product in order to ensure stable operations of the product
- Provide sufficient information for all development team members to fulfill their responsibilities
- Represent values and principles of Vorwerk agile methodology and ensure that all development team members can work autonomously
- Ensure sufficient communication with all necessary stakeholders
- Control and report statistics regularly to all necessary stakeholders
- First escalation point for stakeholders in case of irregularities with incidents and respective SLAs
- Budget management and financial forecasting for operations
- Support people lead in resource management for development team
- Identify improvement potentials with the development team and support their realization
You offer us :
- Successfully completed studies at a university of applied sciences (min. Bachelor's degree) in the field of IT or equivalent training
- Relevant experience as service manager providing IT services
- Broad knowledge of service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL, CobiT) – ideally ITIL foundation certified, ITIL Service Operation and Service Transition certified
- Experience in managing external service providers
- Experience of working in IT product-oriented teams
- Structured way of working and strong analytical skills
- Business fluent in English
- Strong team player and cooperative, experienced in lateral leadership
- Intercultural competence and experience with international cooperation
