Service Manager (m / f / d) Advisor Sales / Lead Management

Your responsibilities :

1. Support all maintenance activities for the product in order to ensure stable operations of the product
2. Provide sufficient information for all development team members to fulfill their responsibilities
3. Represent values and principles of Vorwerk agile methodology and ensure that all development team members can work autonomously
4. Ensure sufficient communication with all necessary stakeholders
5. Control and report statistics regularly to all necessary stakeholders
6. First escalation point for stakeholders in case of irregularities with incidents and respective SLAs
7. Budget management and financial forecasting for operations
8. Support people lead in resource management for development team
9. Identify improvement potentials with the development team and support their realization

You offer us :

1. Successfully completed studies at a university of applied sciences (min. Bachelor's degree) in the field of IT or equivalent training
2. Relevant experience as service manager providing IT services
3. Broad knowledge of service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL, CobiT) – ideally ITIL foundation certified, ITIL Service Operation and Service Transition certified
4. Experience in managing external service providers
5. Experience of working in IT product-oriented teams
6. Structured way of working and strong analytical skills
7. Business fluent in English
8. Strong team player and cooperative, experienced in lateral leadership
9. Intercultural competence and experience with international cooperation
