As an IT Delivery Manager at Munich Re, you'll ensure high-quality IT support and service delivery. This role will be part of the Infrastructure Operations Tower for Group Technology (IT 1.8), which is responsible for delivering stable, cost-effective operational services for IT infrastructure and in-scope applications, including onsite IT and provider management. The Tower focuses on continuous optimisation, standardisation, and automation to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
User Experience & Support serves as both the face of IT to the end-user, and the voice of the end-user to IT. We are driven by a relentless focus on end-user experience, leveragingcontinuous service improvement strategies that are measurable, scalable, and actionable - including automation, modernization, process efficiencies, self-service, training, communications, and any other avenues we may discover that can bring value and a better experience.
As a member of the User Experience & Support Team you will help deliver quality, globally consistent, and cost-effective IT support services to our worldwide end-user population. You will help drive quick, effective resolution of service process issues and be responsible for IT’s knowledge assets. Your role is integral in the connection between IT support groups and end users and will help shape the future of IT support operations.
As the IT Delivery Manager, you will serve as the face of IT Service Delivery to the business and voice of the business/end users back to IT Service Delivery. This is an internal end user facing role that oversees several key service delivery functions to ensure delivery of high-quality support services to our end user.
