Job summary

Ltek Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced European Service Manager to lead and expand its European service operations within the data centre sector. The role focuses on directing field service teams, subcontractors and service partners across multiple European countries.

You will oversee contracts, maintenance schedules, and SLA performance while driving profitability and customer satisfaction. Fluent English and German are required, with extensive travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technical field service operations.
• Background in Power Generation, UPS, Critical Power, Data Centres, Electrical Engineering or HVAC.
• Experience managing engineers and subcontractors across multiple locations.
• Strong commercial awareness and operational leadership skills.
• Experience developing or expanding service operations would be highly advantageous.
• Fluent English and at least conversational German.
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Europe.
