As a Service Management Specialist, you will leverage your deep expertise in service management and business process consulting to help clients improve their operations and drive digital transformation. You will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize workflows. This role requires someone who has the consulting acumen to guide clients through complex business challenges with tailored, efficient, and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Service Management Expertise: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of service management frameworks for clients, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices and industry standards.
  2. Business Process Consulting: Engage with stakeholders to analyze, redesign, and streamline business processes to improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
  3. Atlassian Product Familiarity: Possess awareness of Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools to help deploy tailored solutions that meet client requirements and drive business outcomes.
  4. Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the entire project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Experience
  1. 5+ years proven experience in service management, including ITIL frameworks and practices, with a strong focus on service design and continuous improvement.
  2. Business process consulting expertise, with a track record of leading successful process optimization projects for large-scale organizations.
  3. Understanding of Atlassian products: Jira Service Management, Jira Software, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools. Certification in Atlassian products is a plus.
  4. Experience with agile methodologies and project management practices.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
