Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  1. Work remotely within the service management team according to SLA schedules.
  2. Perform initial analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of issues related to our eHealth services.
  3. Implement corrective actions within guidelines to fix issues.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues for complex problems and create support tickets.
  5. Maintain and update knowledge documents related to your work.

Who Are We Looking For:

We seek individuals capable of independently handling minor inquiries and problems, persistently working on solutions, and seeking support when needed. Candidates should be willing to document solutions and share knowledge.

  • Fluent in written and spoken German, as many customers communicate in German.
  • Proficient in English with high technical understanding for international communication.
  • Sociable, communicative, and enjoy working with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic knowledge of system architectures, Linux systems, and possibly software development experience.
