Your mission
  • Support the smooth daily operations of the restaurant during your shift, focusing on efficient front-of-house service.

  • Lead and motivate the service team on shift to deliver excellent customer experiences.

  • Assist with team training and onboarding to uphold service standards and ensure consistency across shifts.

  • Help monitor inventory and communicate stock needs to management to maintain service flow.

  • Ensure company policies, hygiene standards, and safety protocols are followed during service.

  • Proactively engage with guests to ensure their satisfaction, handle minor complaints professionally, and escalate more complex issues to the manager when needed.


Your profile
  • Experience in hospitality or restaurant service, ideally in a supervisory or team lead capacity.

  • Solid understanding of front-of-house operations and a passion for delivering great customer service.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, you lead by example and help foster a positive team spirit.

  • Ability to stay calm and organized under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a flexible schedule.
