Responsibilities
- Global maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic components, systems, and equipment such as power converters and battery systems.
- Investigation of complex power converter devices in operational and testing environments, including handling customer complaints.
- Training and instruction of operational personnel.
- Providing product information to customers.
- Guidance and supervision of subordinate staff on-site.
- Inspection of on-site assembly work.
- Commissioning of new devices and systems at customer sites.
- Documentation of activities and device/system status, including the creation of specific reports (SAT, WKP).
- Checking customer devices and systems, creating defect lists and maintenance plans based on usage.
- Developing technical documentation for fault analysis procedures.
- Adjusting test routines and programs.
- Creating modification concepts and wiring diagrams.
- Defining measurement points, testing equipment, and protocols for seismic and EMC testing according to KTA requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering (FH)
- Experience in power supply and project planning
- Knowledge of our products is advantageous
- Familiarity with DIN VDE, TAB, UVV standards is advantageous
- Willingness to travel
- Target-oriented, structured, and resilient, especially in customer communication
- Proactive and confident appearance with problem-solving skills
- Teamwork skills
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
