Job Responsibilities
- Global maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic components, systems, and equipment such as power converters including battery systems.
- Investigation of complex power converter devices in operational, testing, and customer complaint scenarios.
- Training and instruction of operating personnel.
- Communication of product information to customers.
- Supervision and training of subordinate staff on-site.
- Inspection of on-site assembly work.
- Commissioning of new devices and systems at customer sites.
- Documentation of activities and device/system status, including the creation of specific protocols (SAT, WKP).
- Review of customer devices and systems, including creating deficiency lists and maintenance plans based on device/system age.
- Development of technical documentation for fault analysis procedures.
- Adjustment of test routines and programs.
- Creation of modification concepts and circuit diagrams.
- Determination of necessary measurement points, testing equipment, and protocols for seismic and EMC testing related to KTA requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma Engineer (FH) in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in power supply and project planning.
- Knowledge of our products is advantageous.
- Knowledge of relevant DIN VDE, TAB, UVV standards is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel is required.
- Target-oriented, structured, and stress-resistant, especially in customer communication.
- Proactive and confident demeanor with problem-solving skills.
- Team player.
- Excellent German and English language skills, spoken and written.
