Qualifikationen

• Frühaufsteher mit Erfahrung im Service und Freude am Umgang mit Gästen.
• Wertschätzung für regionale und selbstgezüchtete Lebensmittel.

• Verwaltung des Frühstücksbuffets von Freitag bis Montag.
• Unterstützung des Abendteams bei der Vorbereitung.

Your mission

We are looking for support for our service team at the Michelberger Farm.

The Michelberger Farm is located in the Spreewald and produces in its own forest garden, planted since 2019, for the Michelberger Restaurant and the ORA Restaurant in Berlin. Since 2023, we offer the possibility to stay overnight with food directly from the forest garden. Guests passing through or on a day trip in the Spreewald are welcome to visit us for breakfast or dinner. We serve freshly harvested ingredients, especially perennial vegetables, a wide variety of fruits/berries, herbs, meat, and dairy products from surrounding farms such as Gut Ogrosen or Landgut Preschen.

You will work during the morning service from Friday to Monday, managing the breakfast buffet and supporting the evening team in preparation. Accommodation, travel costs, and meals are covered by us. Our “barn” is also available for group bookings.

Your profile

You are an early riser with some service experience, enjoy uncomplicated service, and like approaching guests. You are a host at heart, love being close to nature, and appreciate the quality of home-grown and regional food. German language skills of at least B2 level are required.
