Your Profile / Qualifications
What You Bring
- A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in a global services or industrial environment.
- A proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Strong understanding of service business models, KPIs, and operational excellence frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma).
