  • Optimize Service Operations:Ensure our service delivery model is efficient, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

Your Profile / Qualifications

What You Bring

  • A degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in a global services or industrial environment.
  • A proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of service business models, KPIs, and operational excellence frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
