Job summary

Piller-Group-Gmbh is seeking a Field Service Engineer to commission, maintain, and repair Piller UPS systems. The role involves on-site work, travel across Scandinavia, and ensuring reliability and availability of systems for international clients.

You will troubleshoot issues, implement updates, and act as key customer contact on service matters. Ideal candidates have a qualified electrician background, strong English and Swedish language skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Qualified electrician with authorization to work on 400 V to 1000 V AC systems.
• Extensive experience in service of electronic regulated units and systems.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English languages.

Responsibilities

• Perform commissioning, maintenance, and repair work on Piller systems, mainly in Scandinavia.
• Troubleshoot and analyze faults on Piller systems.
• Provide support for installed base, primarily in Sweden and surrounding regions.
• Serve as primary contact for customers regarding service matters.
• Implement technical changes, updates and modifications to systems.

You will work on-site, carry out technical tasks, and ensure that our systems always operate reliably.

With your technical expertise, organizational skills, and solution-oriented approach, you will be an important part of our team. You will make a decisive contribution to ensure the quality and availability of our products, thereby supporting the success of our company.

Your responsibilities

• Performing commissioning, maintenance, and repair work on Piller systems primary in Sweden but also abroad (mainly in Scandinavia)
• Troubleshooting and performing fault analyses on Piller systems
• Providing support for our installed base primary in Sweden but also abroad (mainly in Scandinavia)
• Point of contact for our customers regarding service matters
• Implementing technical changes, such as updates and modifications, to the system

Your Profile

• Educated as a n Qualified ele ctrician ( authorized to work on 400 V to 1000 V AC systems )
• Professional experience in service of electronic regulated units and systems
• Extensive knowledge of the Swedish and English language
• Good knowledge in MS Office and PC handling
• Willingness to travel
• High degree of team spirit and flexibility
• Independent and goal-oriented and responsible working style
• Your residence should be Coppenhagen metropolitan area
