AEG Power Solutions Pte Ltd sucht einen leitenden Ingenieur mit technischer Gesamtverantwortung für kundenspezifische Industrie-USV- und Stromversorgungslösungen über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus. Sie entwickeln integrierte Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung elektrischer und mechanischer Anforderungen und definieren Architekturen zur Gewährleistung technischer Konsistenz.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, des Maschinenbaus, Systems Engineering oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Industrie-USV, Stromrichtern, Energieversorgung oder Batteriesystemen.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik, Mechanik und Systemintegration.
• Erfahrung in technischer Führung sowie in der Umsetzung komplexer technischer Lösungen.
• Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Responsibilities

• Technische Gesamtverantwortung für kundenspezifische Industrie-USV- und Stromversorgungslösungen über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus
• Entwicklung integrierter technischer Lösungen für industrielle und kritische Anwendungen unter Berücksichtigung elektrischer und mechanischer Anforderungen
• Definition der Systemarchitektur sowie Sicherstellung der technischen Konsistenz zwischen allen beteiligten Fachdisziplinen
• Fachliche Führung und Koordination der Engineering-Aktivitäten von der Angebotsphase bis zur Inbetriebnahme
• Verantwortung für technische Entscheidungen, Risikobewertungen und die Einhaltung relevanter Normen, Spezifikationen und Kundenanforderungen
• Anlage und technische Strukturierung von Kundenaufträgen und Projekten in SAP einschließlich Definition und Zuordnung technischer Arbeitspakete für Engineering, Produktion und Service
• Technische Schnittstelle zu Kunden, Projektmanagement, Engineering, Produktion und externen Partnern
• Unterstützung bei FAT, SAT, Inbetriebnahmen sowie der Lösung kritischer technischer Fragestellungen

• Overall technical responsibility for customer-specific industrial UPS and power supply solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Development of integrated technical solutions for industrial and critical applications, taking electrical and mechanical requirements into account
• Definition of system architecture and ensuring technical consistency across all relevant disciplines
• Technical leadership and coordination of engineering activities from the quotation phase through commissioning
• Responsibility for technical decisions, risk assessments, and compliance with relevant standards, specifications, and customer requirements
• Creation and technical structuring of customer orders and projects in SAP, including the definition and allocation of technical work packages for Engineering, Production, and Service
• Serving as the technical interface between customers, Project Management, Engineering, Production, and external partners
• Supporting FATs, SATs, commissioning activities, and the resolution of critical technical issues

Requirements and Qualifications

• Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience with industrial UPS systems, power converters, power supply systems, or battery systems is desirable
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics, and system integration
• Experience in technical leadership and the implementation of complex technical solutions
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Excellent communication skills and strong command of English, both written and spoken
