Your Mission

• You are the heart of our branch and the first point of contact for our customers. You support the branch manager and service technician in all commercial and organizational tasks.
• You will be responsible for scheduling, route planning, ordering office supplies, maintaining master data, and managing the branch's inventory with enthusiasm.
• You handle our rental business independently, including machine handover and providing safety instructions directly to customers.
• You enjoy customer contact and are confident in telephone canvassing and advising customers on applications and products.
• You clarify technical questions with headquarters and prepare quotations.
• Requirements include completed commercial or technical training, several years of experience in administration and sales support, ideally in a technical environment, technical skills, interest in technology, good IT skills, strong communication skills, and excellent organizational talent.
