You’ll make an impact by

• You will conduct service operations on low and medium voltage switchgears and will independently perform maintenance, inspect equipment, and conduct fault analysis and troubleshooting at customer facilities on-site and remotely.
• You will technically measure and assess the condition of switchgear and switching devices.
• You will carefully prepare the necessary documentation for your service assignments, for example reports and test protocols.
• You advise our customers regarding our service portfolio and thus help to solve or prevent customer problems.
• You provide remote support to regional colleagues, sharing your expertise and assisting with technical challenges.
• You act as a trainer for regional technicians, conducting technical training sessions on switchgear maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting.

You excel in

• You have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and many years of professional experience in switchgear service.
• You have the ability to read, understand, and apply technical documentation, and you have good knowledge of MS Office.
• You bring unrestricted willingness to travel, proficient German language skills, and good English language skills.
• You have strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to successfully communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Your profile is rounded off by a high degree of flexibility, team spirit, and communication skills in relation to foreign countries and cultures.
