Zusammenfassung

MasterSearch is recruiting an experienced Service Technician/Engineer to join an established international technology company in Bavaria. The role focuses on servicing online measurement and gas-analysis systems at customer sites across Bavaria, with occasional coverage in other areas.

You will troubleshoot, maintain, document and support customers, coordinating service assignments end-to-end. Applicants should have a technical background in electrical engineering, electronics or mechatronics

Qualifikationen

• You have successfully completed technical training in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in the field of measurement and analytical technology is an advantage
• A good understanding of technical processes and measurement technology, as well as experience with online water and gas-analysis systems would be beneficial
• You have good knowledge of chemistry or electrical engineering and software and are able to identify technical errors.
• Good PC and software knowledge, preferably experience with configuration software, is an advantage.
• You have a high degree of personal responsibility, flexibility, commitment, willingness to travel and an independent working style.

Aufgaben

• You will be responsible for the technical support and maintenance of online measurement and gas-analysis systems at their customers' premises and in infrastructure facilities in Bavaria.
• You will carry out service assignments in various locations in Bavaria. Sometimes supporting in other areas if required but only as cover for vacations or illness
• You will independently carry out troubleshooting, maintenance and analysis, including documentation.
• The support of customers and customer-service assignments are also part of your responsibilities.
• Customer-oriented problem solving requires close cooperation with the service team.
• You will be responsible for the entire service assignment, from customer coordination through to completion.
• You plan your service assignments independently and have a high degree of self-management.

The company develops and supplies advanced solutions for gas, water and wastewater analysis and supports customers across a range of industrial and environmental applications.

We are looking for an experienced Service Technician / Engineer to join their team in Bavaria, Germany. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled professional who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with customers and travelling to different sites.
