Zusammenfassung

A leading service provider in Frankfurt is looking for a Service Desk Operator to manage facility management requests and provide excellent customer service. The candidate must be proficient in both English and German (C1 level) and demonstrate strong communication and technical skills, with knowledge of facility management standards. This is a temporary contract until June 2026.

Job Introduction

We are currently seeking a Service Desk Operator to join our team at our client's site - ECB in Frankfurt.

Please note that this opportunity is a temporary contract until June 2026.

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for the acceptance and transfer of incoming external and internal telephone calls, to register and process tickets for FM service requests and to book meeting rooms and services.

  • First point of contact within the ECB for all technical and infrastructural facility management related requests
  • Meeting and invitation management including catering services
  • Ticket management
  • Lost property management
  • Answering and transferring internal and external Switchboard calls
  • Providing information to internal or external callers

Successful Candidate

  • Good knowledge of MS Office or similar tools
  • English and German skill level C1
  • Excellent customer service skills and good communication skills verbal/writing
  • Good interpersonal and diplomacy skills
  • Technical expertise for the scope of Managed Services
  • Knowledge of Facility Management standards such as GEFMA
  • Good knowledge of Facility Management ticket systems
  • Good knowledge of invitation management and processes for conferences, meetings and of respective tools
