Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to end users.
  • Support and administer Windows Active Directory, including DHCP, DNS, MDT, and print servers.
  • Deploy Windows updates and patches across the network.
  • Support and manage smart devices (iPhone and iPad).
  • Provide support for the 3CX telephony system.
  • Manage and maintain several small customer-facing applications.
  • Oversee and maintain conference systems and perform network troubleshooting.
  • Conduct detailed issue analysis and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Manage and resolve tickets assigned by the team.
Qualifications
  • Native to advanced German skills and advanced English skills are required. Japanese language ability is a plus.
  • 2-3 Years’ experience in working at help-desk environment.
  • Experience providing 1st line support
  • Experience in PC imaging and new user setups.
  • Experience in basic networking and troubleshooting, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
  • Desktop Support for Windows based applications.
