Jobbeschreibung

• You record enquiries, faults and requests by phone and email (1st level support) and find solutions independently in initial contact with users.
• You initiate immediate measures as well as more complex faults with appropriate pre-qualification to the downstream support units.
• Your tasks will include ensuring that the service desk is available during service hours.
• Outside of service hours, you will alternate with your colleagues to take part in the (holiday) on-call service.
• You will create and maintain documentation and solution descriptions for standard requirements.

What makes you stand out

• You have completed training in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist).
• You already have experience in IT support, service desk or technical customer care.
• You are confident in using current Microsoft products (Windows 10, Office 365) and ITSM tools / call tracking systems.
• In addition, you have knowledge in the implementation of best practices and ideally a certification according to ITIL.
• Good analytical skills, strong communication and teamwork skills as well as a friendly and customer-oriented demeanour round off your profile.
• You are business fluent in German and have a good command of written and spoken English.
