We’re recruiting an experienced Service Designer (f/m/d) to join our engaged team.

You will be located at the Headquarters in Heidelberg (Germany) and report to the Director UX & Customer Insights.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
  • Inspire digital teams and stakeholders to think through an ecosystem of products and services that work seamlessly together to provide exceptional service to the end user.
  • Create tangible understanding of user needs and expectations by designing customer journeys and service blueprints.
  • Analyze existing journeys across online and offline channels, proposing solutions to enhance business value.
  • Conduct discovery and research with end-customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest actionable insights.
  • Communicate ideas effectively to teams and stakeholders in simple, engaging ways.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in Research, Design, Engineering, Product, and Business.
  • Promote and foster appreciation for service design within the organization.
YOUR PROFILE
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Designer or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Hands-on experience with experience mapping and service prototyping (e.g., customer journeys, service blueprints, storyboards).
  • Knowledge of UX research methods such as user interviews and ethnographic studies.
  • Proficiency in moderation and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with virtual collaboration and visualization tools like Miro, Mural.
  • Self-motivated with excellent project management and communication skills.
