A leading company in the service industry is seeking a Service Coordinator to join their EU Service business. The role demands strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, while providing crucial support to various teams. Service Coordinator works as an integral part of our EU Service business. Providing administrative support to the Helpdesk team, Sales team, Service technicians, Onsite service team, Regional Service Manager and Finance.
Support all administration functions across the varied areas of our department.
The role requires a dynamic personality; able to multi-task, be pro-active, think quickly on your feet and have a good eye for detail.
The ideal candidate for this position will be able to think and work independently and meet necessary deadlines. You will be able to effectively interact with employees, customers, and colleagues and demonstrate the ability to successfully handle multiple tasks / projects. Other characteristics should include attention to detail, accuracy when inputting data, strong written and oral communication skills, and good problem solving skills.You have to have a strong customer focused ethos and work well as part of a team.
You must have very good English and German written and spoken skills.

Working Hours: This role is a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday. Typical daily hours will be
08.00 - 17.00 or 09.00 – 18.00
