  • Track service requests and escalate issues when necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Schedule and assign service calls or tasks to appropriate technicians or service teams.
  • Monitor the progress of service tasks to ensure that deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
  • Collaborate with various departments (e.g., operations, field teams, and management) to streamline workflows.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all service requests, schedules, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports on service status, customer feedback, and team performance.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or service providers to ensure timely delivery and resolution of third-party services.
  • Ensure vendors adhere to company standards and timelines.
  • Identify and resolve service-related issues in a proactive manner.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to processes, tools, and procedures to increase efficiency and service quality.
