You’ll play a key role in ensuring product reliability and delivering exceptional customer support across Europe—contributing to innovation, R&D, and technical service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical service, maintenance, and troubleshooting support
• Lead field commissioning and repairs across customer sites in Europe
• Conduct product validation tests in collaboration with the R&D team
• Analyze field and lab data, diagnose issues, and propose improvements
• Maintain service documentation and produce detailed test reports
• Coordinate with engineering and sales to deliver end-to-end customer support
• Deliver product training and act as a technical brand ambassador

Requirements

• Certified technician or degree in mechanical, mechatronics, or electrical engineering
• 2+ years of experience in industrial technical service or product testing
• Strong troubleshooting skills (mechanical & electrical systems)
• Proficient in reading CAD drawings, P&IDs, and technical documentation
• Skilled in digital tools for diagnostics and data interpretation
• Fluent in German and English
• Willingness to travel across Europe; valid driver’s license required
• Hands-on, customer-oriented, and a collaborative team player
