As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Service Advisor (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

As a Service Advisor (m/f/d) at the Porsche Center, you will be responsible for ensuring professional and exclusive customer service and customer acquisition. You will be the contact person for our customers in service, representing the Porsche brand and the Porsche Center Hannover. In this role, you will serve as the host of a "unique service experience" and be largely responsible for representing the company. Your social and professional skills will enable you to assist guests with all Porsche-related questions, from maintenance and repairs to additional services, fulfilling their expectations and requirements to leave them satisfied and delighted. You will share their dreams and help realize them.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Processing daily service orders according to the workshop schedule and walk-in customers
2. Providing comprehensive service advice to customers, including explanations directly on the vehicle according to Porsche standards
3. Vehicle inspection and handover, as well as invoice explanations
4. Advising on and selling Porsche Genuine Accessories and Porsche services
5. Ensuring customer satisfaction in the premium segment
6. Maximizing workshop capacity utilization
