Service Advisor for Motorhomes & Caravans (m/f/d)

schaffer-mobil in Dresden is looking for motivated employees and is seeking a service advisor for motorhomes and caravans (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• Personal and telephone consultation for our caravanning customers on high-quality accessories (solar and satellite systems, air conditioning systems, and much more)
• Dialogue acceptance and order creation
• Recording the scope of service and repairs
• Coordination of workshop orders (order preparation, opening, and monitoring)
• Handling warranty and goodwill cases
• Final inspection of vehicles before delivery to the customer
• Technical training in the automotive industry or similar, or commercial training
• Knowledge of current vehicle technology and openness to innovative technologies
• Preferably experience in the caravanning industry and enthusiasm for mobile travel
• Commercial and PC skills
• Class B driver's license or higher
• Highly service- and solution-oriented
• Confident, customer-oriented, and persuasive manner
• High willingness to learn and perform
• Organizational skills, reliability, and team spirit
